Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Variable Schedule Operations Associate for DashMart, a DoorDash local-fulfillment center. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure substitutions are approved by customers. On-site roles feature a base pay of $16.70/hour with premium shifts.

Shifts run two per month minimum with onboarding and training included. Part-time, flexible scheduling may require picking up last-minute shifts, with potential bonuses for night hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Reliable, team‑oriented and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders; hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; manage shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
