Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced local fulfillment setting. You’ll help manage inventory, organize the warehouse, and ensure items meet quality standards for Dashers to deliver.

You'll work a flexible schedule with shifts every two weeks, starting with onboarding and a 4-hour on-the-job training shift. Benefits include paid sick time, wellness reimbursements, and a DashPass subscription.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service or warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow processes.
• Reliability and good communication with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders, handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stock and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
