Job summary

West Coast Convenience is seeking energetic Team Members to operate shifts at our Loop Neighborhood Market stores across California. You will greet customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, maintain store cleanliness and support car wash operations when needed.

All shifts (first, second, or third) are available with flexible scheduling. We value teamwork, safety, and customer-centered service and offer opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Team player with ability to work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and balance cash at end of shift.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe store environment and assist car wash issues.
• Prepare shift reports following company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to increase store sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
