Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a non-exempt, Reduced Time Staffing Administrator to support High-Volume Hiring for a defined geography. You will coordinate New Hiring Events, process candidates virtually and in person, and help ensure timely paperwork and onboarding.

This role requires attention to detail, flexibility for varied shifts including evenings and weekends, and travel to events within your node.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Kronos/MyTime and PowerPoint.
• Experience in administrative tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Set up, executes, and breaks down New Hiring Events (NHE) based on labor projections.
• Support candidate activity and ensure all electronic paperwork is completed on time.
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status by phone and email.
• Track recruiting activities and report candidate status.
• Attend events such as community fairs, hiring events, and job fairs.
• Assist in onboarding of new hires and departures of employees.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
