Job summary

Jobot seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in East Texas. You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and apply therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, and HEP design to improve function.

We offer flexible shifts within a full-time structure, autonomy in clinical decisions, ongoing education, onboarding support, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Ideal candidates hold PT licensure and 2+ years outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program and state licensure or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years outpatient PT experience preferred.
• Ability to prescribe therapeutic exercises and educate patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and set goals based on medical history.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans with evidence-based methods.
• Provide ADL/gait retraining and supervise home exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families to support ongoing care.
• Select and fit therapeutic equipment as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
