Job summary

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, a member of Confluent Health, seeks licensed Physical Therapists to join a clinician-driven team where autonomy, mentorship, and growth are built into daily practice.

With an average of about 12 patients per day and a flexible caseload, you’ll access strong leadership, residency pathways, and a sign-on bonus up to $5k, plus a weekly volume-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction with patient history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based care plans aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout their recovery.
