Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to educate patients and families and design home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine condition and goals.
• Design individualized treatment plans using therapeutic techniques including exercise and manual therapy.
• Provide ADL retraining and gait training.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and plans.
• Develop and implement home exercise programs (HEP).
• Recommend and fit therapeutic equipment.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams.
• Stay updated with latest advancements in physical therapy.
