Jobot is seeking a dedicated Permanent Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Tyler, TX. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, patient-centered care, and collaboration with referring providers.

A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure are required, with at least two years of outpatient experience preferred. We offer flexible shifts within a stable full-time structure, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, ADL retraining, gait training, patient & family education, HEP design, and equipment fitting.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine condition, history, and goals.
• Design individualized treatment plans using therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Provide ADL retraining and gait training to improve abilities.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment plans to foster collaboration.
• Develop and implement home exercise programs tailored to each patient.
• Recommend and fit necessary therapeutic equipment for patient comfort and function.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed for outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques.
