Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a skilled nursing facility team full time.

You’ll manage your own panel, see roughly 16–20 patients daily, and coordinate with families and collaborating physicians to maintain seamless care. This independent role features 6-hour rounds (7–10 a.m.), no on-call, charting from home, and productivity-based pay with potential up to $624/day plus a retention incentive and full

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP or PA with an active, unrestricted license.
• Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or PA program required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• See 16–20 patients per day, covering chronic and acute issues.
• Manage own patient panel and coordinate with families and physicians.
• Perform annual wellness visits, H&P, and medication reviews.
• Document using integrated EHR with efficient charting.
