Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is partnering with a skilled nursing facility to hire an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You will manage your own patient panel, provide primary and episodic care, and build lasting relationships with residents and families.

This is a full-time, autonomous role with six-hour morning rounds, no on-call or overnights, and charting from home. Competitive productivity-based compensation and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Board certification required and active in state of operation.
• Nurse Practitioner or PA license in the state of operation.
• Master's degree in Nursing for NP or PA program for PA credential.

Responsibilities

• See 16–20 patients per day with a mix of chronic and acute care.
• Perform annual wellness visits and H&Ps; manage chronic conditions.
• Coordinate with collaborating physicians, specialists, and facility staff.
