Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a part-time role at a skilled nursing facility. You will manage your own panel and provide primary and episodic care to residents, with autonomy and continuity at the center of the position.

See roughly 16–20 patients daily, with rounds starting mornings. No on-call or overnights; chart from home and use integrated EHR and UpToDate for efficient charting.

Qualifications

• Board certification required (e.g., AGNP, FNP for Nurse Practitioners; PA-C for Physician Assistants) — active and unrestricted.
• Valid, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of operation.
• Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or from an accredited Physician Assistant program — required for the credential.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• You'll see roughly 16–20 patients a day — mix of long-term chronic care and acute issues.
• Coordinate with collaborating physicians, specialists, and facility staff to keep care seamless.
