Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe in Suwanee, GA is seeking a team member to help with opening and closing duties, guest service, and food preparation. You will engage with guests, assist during busy hours, and support our prep and take-out operations while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills with guests/team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to the policies and procedures.
• Energetic, ready to learn, loves fresh food.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests and making meaningful connections.
• Opening & closing tasks.
• Being responsible for the restaurant when a manager isn’t on duty.
• Setting the tone for the shift and giving clear, calm directions to your team.
• Mastering menu and product knowledge.
• Supporting or working stations when needed (kitchen included).
• Prepping food and doing side work.
• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
• Following proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Proper food handling and storage of food products.
• Maintaining proper hygiene, uniform, and appearance.
