Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care is expanding its team to serve seniors and adults in need of support across multiple counties in Florida. We are seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our growing home care agency, delivering compassionate, reliable care directly in client homes.

As part of our field team, you will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, support mobility and transfers, and help with daily tasks while following care plans and ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license (required)
• CPR certification
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and professionally

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment
