Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC is seeking compassionate HHAs and CNAs to join our growing in-home care team in Florida. Provide essential care for seniors and adults in need, including help with daily activities, mobility and transportation to appointments.

You will follow individualized care plans, maintain dignity and privacy, and communicate with the care team about any changes or concerns. Reliable, professional caregivers are welcome.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR-BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check Level 2 required or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility.
• Provide care for a fall-risk patient with safety in mind.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Drive patient to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Follow the patient’s individualized care plan.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and comfort.
• Communicate clearly with the care team about changes or concerns.
