Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care is expanding across multiple counties and seeks dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our field team in Florida. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily routines, while following care plans and maintaining safety.

We offer flexible scheduling, local assignments, and growth as we expand. Join a supportive office team and help seniors remain independent in their homes.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Level 2 background check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
