Job summary

Family PillarsHomecare is expanding its team of Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs to provide compassionate care for seniors and adults at home. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and safety, plus emotional support and adherence to care plans.

The role requires relevant certifications and a valid driver’s license. We offer flexible scheduling, local cases, supportive office staff, direct deposit, and opportunities for steady hours (4h, 8h, 12h).

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• TB test results as specified (TB Skin Test or Quantiferon Gold).
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Care for a fall-risk patient with emphasis on safety.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow each patient’s individualized care plan.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort; communicate with the care team.
