Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC in Florida is seeking compassionate HHAs and CNAs to join our expanding in-home care team. You will assist with ADLs, support mobility, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans for seniors and adults in need of home care.

We offer flexible scheduling with 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts, a supportive office team, direct deposit, and opportunities for steady hours as we grow into new counties.

Qualifications

• HHA Certificate (or Pass the HHA State Exam) or CNA License (required)
• CPR - BLS Certification (required)
• Physical Health Form within the last 6 months
• Negative TB Skin Test results or TBQ - Quantiferon Gold TB Blood Test result
• CEU - HIV/Aids Certificate
• CEU- Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certificate
• Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally

Responsibilities

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Provide care for a fall-risk patient with close attention to safety
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow the patient's individualized care plan
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and comfort at all times
• Communicate clearly with the care team regarding any changes or concerns
