Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate for DashMart in Phoenix. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory, organize the warehouse, and ensure customer substitutions are approved.

You’ll start with onboarding and training shifts, then choose shifts based on business needs and your schedule. Shifts include morning, day, evening, weekend, and part-time options, with a $2/hour premium between 10pm-6am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app; hand off to Dashers
• Inventory and spoilage management; manage shelf life
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer
