Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate to help fill orders, stock the store, and keep the warehouse organized. You will onboard with a training shift and then select shifts based on business need, with flexibility to pick up additional hours as required.

You’ll be expected to lift up to 50 lbs, work in refrigerated areas, and maintain high standards for freshness and safety while delivering reliable service to Dashers and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service or warehouse operations.
• Reliable, positive and team oriented.
• Detail oriented and focused on food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders as they come through the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness; maintain organized storage.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight customers.
