Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring for Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associates. You will pick and pack orders through the app, stock and manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized for fast, accurate fulfillment.

Shifts include Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, and Part-Time, with two shifts per month minimum and on-demand openings via the scheduling app. Starting onboarding includes one shift plus a 4-hour on-the-job training within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on fresh food safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders via the app and hand off to Dashers.
• Manage inventory and spoilage, including shelf life.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse space.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer to delight shoppers.
