Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a School-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior plans under a BCBA. You will deliver one-to-one or small-group instruction to students with autism or developmental disabilities, collect data, and help with IEP goals, under supervision.

The role includes crisis management training, collaboration with teachers and staff, and participation in team meetings. Generous benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RBT certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience or training in ABA helpful and relevant.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEP-based behavior plans and collect data on progress.
• Assist in direct instruction and daily classroom routines.
• Coordinate with BCBA and school staff to support students.
• Maintain safety and crisis management procedures and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and data reviews to adjust strategies.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Undergraduate degree in behavioral health, psychology, special education, or related field preferred
