Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is seeking a compassionate School Contract RBT to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students with ASD under BCBA supervision, delivering instruction and social skills support. This role requires strong communication and patience as you work to improve each child’s outcomes.

Work in school and center settings, with a 40-hour workweek and one Saturday per month. Travel between centers may be required. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in center-based and school-based settings.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Record accurate data and progress notes for client sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and families to ensure consistency of interventions.
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt approaches to individual needs.
