Job summary

SBBC (School-Based Behavior Consultation) is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support students through ABA-based therapy in center, school, and home settings. You will be mentored and trained, with opportunities for career growth in a positive team culture.

Responsibilities include implementing plans designed by a BCBA, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinicians. Local travel may be required. Prior RBT certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education or psychology is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in school-readiness centers, homes, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
