Job summary

Elwyn in Pennsylvania is seeking a School-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans for students on IEPs under BCBA supervision.

You will deliver 1:1 or small group instruction to children with autism and related challenges, collect data, support crisis management, and train staff on safety protocols while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Three years’ ABA intervention experience in school settings.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEP-based behavior goals in 1:1 or small group sessions.
• Collect and record data to monitor student progress and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety training to staff.
• Coordinate with BCBA for plan adjustments and supervision.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, supportive classroom environment.
