Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. You will contribute to meaningful outcomes for families and receive strong supervision and onboarding to apply your skills confidently.

Responsibilities include providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collecting session data, and communicating progress to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
• Interest in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Collect and track session data
