Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics in Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in educational settings. You’ll evaluate communication needs, communicate results to families and district staff, and collaborate with ARD to design targeted interventions.

You may deliver therapy or supervise assistants, maintain progress data, and advocate for students through ARD meetings. A master’s degree, Texas licensure, and CCC-SLP are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Communicate findings to parents and district personnel clearly.
• Develop interventions with ARD committee to support student access to education.
• Provide therapy or supervise SLP Assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences.
