Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Wellness Instructor in Restorative Care at a Rehabilitation Center in Westminster, MD. This full-time CNA role focuses on delivering wellness, fitness, and exercise programs in collaboration with the rehab therapy team.

No prior restorative experience is required beyond CNA certification. Expect on-site training and a schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including rotating weekends, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities across nationwide settings.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required in state of practice.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Specialty certification in fitness/health is preferred.
• Background in exercise/activity training with senior populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs with the rehab therapy team.
• Receive restorative training on-site; CNA certification required.
• Assist in restorative care of patients as directed.
• Perform exclusive restorative responsibilities (ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, ROM, dressing/grooming, splint/prosthesis care).
