Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Restorative CNA - Wellness Instructor to join the Rehab Therapy Team in Newburg, IN. You will deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs and support restorative care with a skilled nursing/rehab team.

On-site restorative training is provided; CNA certification is required. The role emphasizes senior fitness and interdisciplinary collaboration for optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Current CNA certification in state practice.
• Specialty fitness instructor certification or related preferred.
• Experience in exercise/activity training with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs with the rehab team.
• Assist in restorative care tasks (ambulation, gait training, ROM, dressing).
• Provide restorative care training and on-site education.
