Job summary

Aegis Therapies in Lexington, KY is hiring a Restorative CNA – Wellness Instructor to join our rehabilitation therapy team. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on delivering wellness, fitness, and exercise programs to residents under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation.

No restorative experience is required beyond CNA certification; comprehensive on-site restorative training is provided. You will support ambulation, transfers, mobility, ROM, dressing, and other restorative

Qualifications

Must have CNA certification and high school diploma or equivalent.
CNA certification required; additional fitness/health certification preferred.
Background in exercise and activity training with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

Report to the Director of Rehabilitation/Therapy and work with the therapy team to deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs.
Receive full restorative training onsite; no restorative experience required beyond CNA certification.
Assist in restorative care of patients as directed.
Exclusive restorative responsibilities (ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, ROM, dressing/grooming, splint/prosthesis care) with limited or none of the less desirable CNA tasks.
