Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Wellness Instructor in Restorative Care to join our Rehab Therapy Team. This full-time role focuses on delivering wellness, fitness and exercise programs with the therapy team, while undergoing restorative training onsite and supporting restorative procedures.

No prior restorative experience is required beyond CNA certification; you will assist with ambulation, transfers and mobility, contributing to high-quality patient care across settings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current CNA certification valid in state of practice.
• Specialty fitness certification preferred (e.g., personal trainer, exercise specialist).

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness and exercise programs with the therapy team.
• Receive restorative training onsite.
• Assist in restorative care of patients as directed.
• Perform exclusive restorative responsibilities (ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, ROM, dressing).
