Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks dedicated individuals to provide in-home and community ABA services under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers 15–20 hours weekly after school with a flexible schedule and growth opportunities.

Applicants must have an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a passion for helping children with developmental disabilities achieve functional goals. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
