Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking dedicated individuals to join our in-home ABA team as a part-time RBT. You will provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

We offer a flexible schedule (15–20 hours/week), PTO/sick time for hourly staff, opportunities for advancement, and BCBA supervision. Applicants must have an active RBT certification, be at least 18, have a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
