Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to provide ABA services in-home and in community settings across Georgia under BCBA supervision. You will implement therapy plans, track progress, and help children achieve functional goals.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, holds an active RBT certificate, and can commute reliably. The role offers a flexible after-school schedule (15–20 hours/week) with opportunities for advancement and supportive BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
