Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia seeks a part-time RBT to provide in-home ABA services to children under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement ABA programs, collect data, and support families in applying strategies across settings.

The role offers a flexible schedule, PTO/Sick time, opportunities for advancement, and supervision to complete BCBA hours. Applicants should be at least 18, have an active RBT certificate, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the ke dollos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
