Job summary

Packers Staffing is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our partnered facility in Beloit, Wisconsin. You’ll work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to support residents’ activities of daily living and help implement treatment plans.

This full-time with flexible scheduling or per diem/PRN role offers opportunities for growth, ongoing education, and patient-centered care, with CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealthEMR and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Must have an active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development tomaintaincurrent licensure and certification

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluation and treatment planning with PT guidance.
• Clinical instruction to residents, family, and staff.
• Maintain CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealthEMR.

Education
