Qualifications

• MustGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Wisconsin PTA certification required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions under supervision of licensed therapists.
• Provide patient education to promote independence and self-care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans.
• Participate in patient assessments, progress reports and care conferences.
