BrightSpring Health Services is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation outside traditional settings. This role allows therapists to treat clients in homes, schools, and communities, enhancing real-life experiences.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, an unrestricted state license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing functional rehabilitation in various environments.
• Unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess treatment plans' effectiveness.
• Communicate patient needs with the treatment team.
