You will assess, plan, and implement therapy across real-life contexts such as kitchens, grocery stores, restaurants, and workplaces.

The role emphasizes autonomous practice within a collaborative team, requiring at least a bachelor’s in OT, current state license, CPR, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently in home and community settings.
• Excellent collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend meetings.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to care team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
