Job summary

Coach in Orlando is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will assist with stock, process shipments, merchandising, and maintain loss prevention standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements include 1+ year retail experience, strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashier/stock) in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash registers, iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and price sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and peak retail days.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
