Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Orlando to provide warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will assist customers, manage POS transactions, and help maintain stockroom organization and stock levels.

The role requires knowledge of fashion trends, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Schedule flexibility includes evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
• Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
