Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Worcester to greet customers, locate products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and support various store departments to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and assisting at checkout, with opportunities to train in multiple areas and grow within a nationwide home improvement leader.

Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information).
• Six months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service across departments.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
