Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Worcester, MA. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and provide friendly service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months experience using a computer for input, access, modification or output of information.
• Must have 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills are required.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs (unassisted or with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies where needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
