Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service and greet/qualify prospects.
• Process lease applications and secure deposits.
• Maintain resident files and distribute notices.
• Input information accurately in the Yardi system and manage leases.
• Assist with renewals and resident events.
