Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Rings customer purchases and returns and handles change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and follows merchandising standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and participates in store recovery and maintenance tasks.
• Ensures safety and adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and participates in safety initiatives.
