Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow operating procedures and support store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Restock, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in safety and recovery activities.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to uphold store standards and provide excellent service.
