Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings. We value collaboration, flexibility, and ethical practice, and we strive to create a supportive environment where both clients and staff can grow.

Applicants must hold an active RBT certification at the time of application and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience with children or ABA is helpful.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required at time of application)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment
