Job summary

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home, school, or clinic ABA therapy. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to support meaningful progress.

This role requires an active RBT certification at application time, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation for local travel.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred).
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
