Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community ABA services under BCBA supervision.

The role requires 18+ years old, an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. You will work 15–20 hours weekly, with afternoons/evenings and some weekends, and enjoy PTO, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check. Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children, preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families.
