Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA services across Georgia. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing therapy programs and teaching essential communication, social, and daily living skills to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that help children meet functional goals.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth and consistent behavior plan implementation.
