Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Georgia is seeking part-time RBTs to provide in-home ABA services under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement therapy programs and collaborate with families to help children reach functional goals.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, supervision by experienced BCBAs, and referral bonuses. We also provide extra pay per hour for RBT certification and support BCBA degree pursuit.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Experience working with children preferably with developmental disabilities.
• Pass a criminal background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
